For each account registered on MAP, Midtrans has a security standard as follows:

• Password is required to comprise of capital letters, small letters and numbers.
• Password has a minimum length of 8 characters.

Examples: Password123, K3mbali123.

In case you forgot the password of your MAP’s account, please reset the password by following the guidance below:

1. Click on ‘Trouble Logging in?’ on MAP’s entry page:

   

2. Insert user’s email account that has been registered on MAP. Midtrans system will automatically send the instructions of password resetting to said email. Please check your inbox or spam box.

   

3. Link to reset the password, which is available in the instructions email, is only effective for 1 hour since it is delivered. Please note that the new password constitutes a new password that has never been used.
